WELCOME TO ROUTE-SKILLING YOUNG ADULTS ’S ON-LINE LEARNING PROGRAM ON EMPLOYABILITY, BUSINESS AND LIFE SKILLS

This online program is aimed mostly (but not exclusively) at three categories of people;

Those in high school, universities, vocational colleges and other institutions of higher learning. The Employability and Business Skills they will learn in this program will help them turn their knowledge, professional/practical skills and talents into career progress, effective employment and lucrative businesses. 

Young adults (18 – 30 years) who already have academic papers and professional/practical skills but are unemployed, or have jobs but feel stuck, stagnant, unproductive, underutilized and underpaid. The Employability and Business Skills they will learn in this program will help them become more competitive job seekers, more productive and promotable at work, and better positioned to run a small or medium size business.  Business is a good way of self-employment or as side hassle to supplement a low salary.

Young adults (18 – 30 years) who wish to learn Life Skills and tools necessary for dealing effectively with the demands, challenges and opportunities of everyday life in order to live happy and fulfilling lives based on proven principles.

ROUTE - Skilling Young Adults has taken great care in developing this program to ensure that learners gets a worthwhile and impactful learning experience. 

We monitor learners` progress through a tracker and on full (100%) completion of each module, a certificate of completion is automatically generated and sent to the learner`s email. We allow three months between enrolment and completion of each module. 

Learners have an opportunity to contribute to the monitoring and evaluation of the program by answering a few questions before and after completing each module. 

All information provided to ROUTE - Skilling Young Adults is treated with strict confidentiality and used for the specified purpose only.
